Terms of Hire
Quotation
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Annabel’s Wedding & Event hire’s quotation will be valid for a period of up to fourteen days from date of issue, after which time acceptance of any order placed is subject to written confirmation. Acceptance of the quotation is subject to payment of 50% of total invoice amount. By accepting the quotation, and on commencement of hire it shall be deemed that the Client agrees to and accepts the Annabel’s Wedding & Event hire’s Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Deposit
A 50% deposit (50% of the total booking amount including GST, delivery fee, setup fee or Refundable Bond) is required at the time of the booking to confirm. Final payment of the remaining 50% of the total booking cost shall be paid 14 days prior to the event date. All payments must be made by the direct deposit into Annabel’s Wedding & Event hire’s account by the due date specified. Please note that should the final payment not be made 14 days prior to the event date Annabel’s Wedding & Event hire reserves the right to no longer supply any equipment for the event. No deposit will be returned should this occur.
Conditions of Hire
All hiring equipment is confirmed when the 50% deposit has been received. To secure the hire items for your booking the Client must accept Annabel’s Wedding & Event hire’s quotation and pay the non-refundable deposit and final balance before equipment can be hired. In making your booking and paying your deposit, the Client agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions. Delivery and/or collection of the equipment being hired can be completed the day prior and day after the event date if prior arrangements have been made with Annabel’s Wedding & Event hire. The Client agrees not to engage any of Annabel’s Wedding & Event hire equipment in any illegal practices.
